Cooking Tip

Serrano Chili

Serrano peppers are small, fresh dark green peppers that are considerably hotter than a poblano or Anaheim pepper, and a bit hotter than a jalapeno pepper. Use safety when handling, avoid contact with the eyes. Wash hands in hot soapy water or wear gloves to prepare.
