1. In a small mixing bowl, combine onion, serrano chilies, lime juice, cilantro and salt.
2. In medium serving bowl, coarsely mash avocados with a fork.
3. Fold onion mixture into mashed avocado.
4. Fold in tomato. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or press plastic wrap against surface of guacamole, and refrigerate in airtight container. |
