Salsa Guacamole

Salsa guacamole recipe perfect for quick preparation, and for party crowds. Recipe can be created in minutes. Serve with chips and salsa.
Ingredients -
 
6 Ripe Avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 cup Salsa
2 Green Onions, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
 
Preparation:
 

1. in a medium bowl ,mash avocados with fork, sprinkle lemon juice over avocado and fold in.

2. Fold in remaining ingredients. Taste, adjust seasonings.

 

Variations and Recipe Ideas:
Serve with warm tortilla chips.
 
 



Cooking Tip

Baked Tortilla Chips
Preheat oven to 400 F.

Cut stack of tortillas into 8 wedges. Brush or spray with vegetable oil. Place on non-stick cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Remove and salt immediately.
