Salsa guacamole recipe perfect for quick preparation,

Ingredients -
6 Ripe Avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1 cup Salsa
2 Green Onions, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Preparation:
1. in a medium bowl ,mash avocados with fork, sprinkle lemon juice over avocado and fold in.
2. Fold in remaining ingredients. Taste, adjust seasonings.

Baked Tortilla Chips
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Cut stack of tortillas into 8 wedges. Brush or spray with vegetable oil. Place on non-stick cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Remove and salt immediately.

Fresh Lemon Juice
A couple lemons will be required to get a quarter of a cup of fresh juice. Roll the lemons on the countertop and place in the microwave. Cook on high for 15 seconds. These two little tricks will help you extract more fresh lemon juice out
of each lemon.
