Homemade Guacamole

Homemade guacamole is the prefect recipe to blend until smooth and serve as a sauce for fish such as tilapia, grouper or halibut. The guacamole carefully folded and left in a chunky state is great as a dip.
Ingredients -
 
3 large Avocados, peeled, pitted, slightly mashed
1/2 cup Mexican Crema or Sour Cream
1/4 bunch chopped Fresh Cilantro
1/4 cup fresh Lime Juice
Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper
 
Preparation:
 

1. In a large bowl, fold avocados, sour cream, cilantro and lime juice together.

2. Season guacamole with salt and pepper, to taste.

3. Transfer guacamole to serving dish.

 

Variations and Recipe Ideas:
Serve immediately with freshly deep fried tortilla chips.
 
 



Cooking Tip

Mexican Crema
Whisk 1 cups heavy cream and 1/8 cup buttermilk together. Place in a warm spot and store overnight. Then refrigerate overnight.
