Fresh, ripe avocados combined with fresh cilantro, red onion, jalapeno chili pepper, fresh lime juice and seasoned with salt and pepper. Serve as a dip, as a side, or as a sauce for your favorite entree.
Ingredients -
2 ripe Haas Avocados, halved, pitted and flesh removed
1/2 bunch Fresh Cilantro, leaves chopped
1/4 medium Red Onion, diced
2 Jalapeño Chili Peppers, stemmed, seeded and finely diced
1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
Coarse Salt, to taste
Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation:
1. Add avocado to serving bowl. Slightly mash.
2. Add fresh cilantro, red onion, jalapeño chili pepper, fresh lime juice, coarse salt, and fresh ground pepper.
3. Serve immediately.
