Fast and easy fresh homemade salsa is made with fresh tomatoes, minced garlic, serrano chili peppers, chopped fresh cilantro leaves, vinegar, fresh lime juice, chopped white onion, olive oil, and a dash of cinnamon. Keep fresh salsa on hand for use in guacamole recipes and to serve alongside with chips for dipping.
Ingredients -
2 cups diced Fresh Tomatoes
1 Garlic clove, minced
4 small Serrano Chili Peppers, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons chopped Fresh Cilantro Leaves
dash of Vinegar
1 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 cup chopped White Onion
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
dash of Cinnamon
Preparation:
1. Add tomatoes, garlic, serrano peppers, fresh cilantro, vinegar, lime juice, white onion, olive oil, and cinnamon to blender.
2. Blend until smooth.

For hotter or milder salsa, adjust the number of serrano chilies or mix a few or all of the chili seeds into the salsa.
