Ingredients -
1 (8 ounces) package Cream Cheese, softened
2 cups Nonfat Plain Yogurt, drained
4 ripe, medium Avocados, peeled, seeded and mashed
1 cup Salsa Verde (green chile salsa)
2 to 3 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
Preparation:
1. Mix softened cream cheese with nonfat plain yogurt in a medium-mixing bowl until smooth.
2. Fold in mashed avocado, salsa verde, and fresh lemon juice with cream cheese mixture.
3. Season with sea salt.
