Best Guacamole Recipe

This recipe has it all. A bite, a kick, and a punch. Serve this classic guacamole as a side with everything or serve with a bowl of your favorite tortilla chips and salsa. For best results, give the guacamole time for the flavors to combine.
Ingredients -
 
3 Ripe Avocados, peeled, pitted, and mashed
juice of 1 Lime
1 medium Ripe Tomato, diced
1/4 cup Red Onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Garlic, minced
4 dashes Tabasco Pepper Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
Salt, to taste
Parsley, chopped fine (optional for garnish)
 
Preparation:
 

1. In medium bowl mix mashed avocado, lime juice, tomato, red onion, cilantro and garlic.

2. Add tabasco, taste for heat, and adjust.

3. Add cumin, salt and sugar, and mix well.

4. Serve immediately or for flavors to blend, cover and chill for one hour.
